Hi there,
I'm glad we found each other. I'm going to assume that you are navigating a tougher season right now which is why you've clicked on my link.
It doesn't take much to feel overwhelmed with life these days.
One of the ways I have been able to reduce some of the stress and pressure people are feeling is by introducing them to my free mindset tool.
Whether this is your first attempt at scheduling or your one-hundredth attempt I want to assure you this, when applied, is different.
I'm a list girl. When my lists get too long, overwhelm kicks in, and then my procrastination strategy follows. Can you relate?
Years ago I noticed that when I broke my day into smaller chunks and allocated tasks from my To Do list into a timeslot, I instantly became far more focused and miraculously a whole lot more productive than normal.
The secret???
Allocating 15 minutes to commence and or complete a task.
All my focus and attention was on the one task with no room for my mind to discourage or talk me out of taking the next step.
I don’t know about you, however, when I am being super productive, I feel amazing and secretly... it was always the reason I would be a little nicer to be around.
So how does it work?
Step 1 - Brain Dump
Empty everything you want, need or think should happen onto a piece of paper and create a running To Do List (if you don’t of course already have this).
Step 2 - Print your Planner
Work out the timeframe you wish to use to specifically work on tasks (ie.10am- 2pm or 7pm-9.30pm) Start with blocks of time as to establish some small wins to start off with.
Step 3 - Allocate Tasks
Write down what you want to achieve in each 15 minute slot.
Step 4 - Set your Alarm
Set a 15 minute timer and work as fast as you can to start and or complete the task. You might surprise yourself when you discover how quickly you complete tasks you used to procrastinate about for so long.
Step 5 - Next level (optional)
Plan your next day's tasks the night before. Watch what happens then!!
Let me know how you go and how this simple process helps you to take back control of the chaos you were experiencing.

Much Love from my home to yours,
